The West Virginia University Mountaineer Athletic Club (MAC) has announced dates for the 2012 Coaches Caravan. The caravan has became an annual event that allows MAC members and fans the opportunity to meet and talk to coaches and guests. All proceeds from the caravan benefit the WVU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the MAC’s scholarship fund.
Here is a look at the stops and the guests who will joining the tour along the way. 
May 2 - Oglebay Resort, Wheeling - Guest will be College Football Hall of Famer Barry Switzer
May 3 - J.P. Henry's, Parkersburg - Guess will be Barry Switzer
May 17 - Clarion Hotel, Shepherdstown
May 22 - Bridgeport Conference Center, Bridgeport
May 23 - Chuck Mathena Center, Princeton - Guest will be Texas Tech basketball coach and three-time Big 12 Coach of the Year Billy Gillespie
May 24 - Beckley Raleigh Co. Convention Center, Beckley. - Guest will be Billy Gillespie
All events will begin at 5:30 p.m. Individual tickets to each event at $50 per person and include admission to the event and dinner. Sponsorship opportunities also are available at each location.
