West Virginia University is back in the State of Florida looking for talent. That search has led them to Booker T. Washington High School in Miami, Florida.
Rivals.com Recruiting Analyst, Chris Nee, is reporting West Virginia has offered 2014 wide receiver Lamar Parker.
Parker stands 5-foot-8,170 pounds. With his size and speed he would be ideal in the slot.
WVU joins Florida State as the only school to offer early in the process.
